Ensoulment is the ongoing process of (1) connecting (2) embodying and (3) expressing your inner most essence. In this seminar we will explore how to apply the ensoulment model to our day-to-day lives based on hundreds of sessions, two books and over a decade of research.

Through case studies, meditation, writing and live demonstrations, we’ll distinguish the different aspects of ensoulment, practise sensing, reading, and transmuting your soul’s frequency, consciousness and energy fields. What inhibits your ensoulment, what encourages it? Ego vs soul, essence vs programmes – bring your curiosity, openness and questions.
