Wendy Ellyatt – Co-creating a Flourishing Future through the Wisdom of Living Systems
How can we unite the best of human learning and wisdom from the past with the best emergent knowledge and understanding from the present/future?
Across the world we are seeing the call for more caring, compassionate and regenerative societies that serve both people and planet – balancing the inner with the outer through a ‘felt-sense’ of unity with all life. Through this presentation I will explore the core concepts of ‘interbeing’ and ‘relational intelligence’ with a re-examination of what it is to be human. I will show how all human belief systems and worldviews stem from a particular relational context, which reflect the environments within which we live. And that by re-adopting a ‘kinship’ worldview we can embrace the original principle of how to live good and meaningful lives that perceive all life forms as sentient and sacred and that honour our own role and agency as ‘Love in Action.’

A long-term member of the Network, she is co-author of the Unitive Narrative, founder of the Flourish Project, co-founder of Living Cities Earth, a member of the SDG Thought Leaders Synergy Circle, development lead for the Unitive Wisdom and Unitive Education Collaborations, a Global Council member of the Wellbeing Economy Alliance (WEAll), project lead for the Spirituality in Education Alliance UK (SIEUK) and an awardee of the Brahma Kumaris ‘100 Women of Spirit’.
