Melanie Weller – Wired for Mythology: How Stories Live in our Nervous Systems

Does it seem to you that in our society, true wisdom lives in the dark? That the best solutions for our collective problems never see the light of day because they are not profitable to the people with power? Does this leave you wondering how to create a new system that makes the old one obsolete? People like us are realising the importance of weaving together science, spirituality, and storytelling in order to create connection, change, and a “new consciousness”.

Melanie Weller combines over 30 years of experience in physical therapy and athletic training, with neuroscience and cosmology, to show you how you are “wired for mythology”. She deems that our spiritual texts and mythologies hold our deepest truths, often hidden in plain sight.

About the speaker:

Thirty years of working as a physical therapist and athletic trainer combining biomechanics and neurotheology with patients that no one else could figure out gifted Melanie Weller a reputation as a vagus nerve expert – and “Body Whisperer”. She trained with nationally and internationally renowned experts, collecting certifications and credentials like fine wines. Following her health, marriage crisis and lawsuit crises, she resorted to astrology to help her understand what was happening. One day, she saw the body in a way that she could not unsee. When a patient walked into her office with his suicide planned for that night, she was able to use this new way of seeing the body to help him. Since then, she has been on a quest to help others come into their “fearless presence”.
