Christopher Keevil – Zen in Everyday Life

What benefits can we expect to receive from meditation?

Christopher Keevil will be joining us to both lead a meditation and share his experience and practice of Zen. In his talk, Christopher will describe how regular meditation and spiritual practice shifts the sense of self, increasing one’s realization of interconnectedness, compassion, and love. There will be an opportunity for questions and discussion.
