Verifying Spiritual Reality

In this book, the author begins from his father's near-death experience, which takes him on a journey to offer accounts of ten powerful and transformative NDEs resulting in what Jeff Kripal would call a flip to an inside-out perspective. The second section shares research into spiritual reality with, among others, Lisby Mayer, Pim van Lommel and the Fenwicks, while the third examines instances of extraordinary knowing in terms of intuition, healing, visions, dreams, and mystical experiences. This leads to further reflections on scientific mysteries involving consciousness, subjectivity, purpose, meaning and God. The overall message is that there is a spiritual reality entangled with physical reality, and that science needs to expand in order to take this fully into account.
