This is one of the best and most useful collections of quotations to appear in recent years. I have already given two away as presents. With a total of over 10,000 entries , the book is divided into themes, each of which features quotations, proverbs and sayings from antiquity to the present day. The person plus source and date is given for each item. Then 180 pages of index at the end plus cross references within the themes. A wonderful resource.
