An indispensable annual publication dating back to 1991 with over 2000 listings and published with the Soil Association. There are four sections: local retail outlets including cafes, health food shops, farms, B & Bs and farmers markets. Then there is an alphabetical list of national mail order suppliers, and directory of business to business services organised regionally, and a listing of associations and educational organisations.
