The Alphabet of Paradise
an a-z of spirituality for everyday life
This book is literally set out as an alphabet - awe, bodies, creativity, dreams etc. In the introduction the author explains that he hopes to treat each theme in terms of different - and traditionally Jewish - levels of understanding: these range from the plain to the hidden or secret. The author is both a psychotherapist and a rabbi, and succeeds in translating spiritual principles into what the subtitle calls a spirituality for everyday life.
