Temenos Academy Review 2010

The 2010 Temenos Review is full of interesting items, as usual. Pride of place is given to the Dimbleby Lecture by the Prince of Wales, entitled Facing the Future and which was very well received when it was delivered. It is well worth reading, even if you heard it first time round. Ravi Ravindra writes about Indian philosophical insights into the oneness of life and consciousness, observing that the Sage sees both oneness and uniqueness, and that truth is not only a matter of knowing, but also of being -- hence the spiritual discipline of yoga as a means of transformation. Thetis Blacker describes a curious experience when dreaming that she was in the land of the dead and having an enhanced sense of reality. Ian Skelly contributes a critical review of a biography of the founder, Kathleen Raine, while other articles discuss Milton and Blake.
