Spirit Walking

A Course in Shamanic Power

The object of this book is to enable the reader to become a person who can look beyond physical existence and tune into other dimensions in order to become an effective inner practitioner. The author's insights and recommendations arise from her own experience and the guidance that she has received over the years. At the beginning of the book, she uses the analogy of human beings as rechargeable batteries, commenting that we have become disconnected from the source. (This insight is becoming something of a leitmotif in many books reviewed in this issue.) The answer to forgetting is remembering and to disconnection, connection to the soul and consequent empowerment. The path described is most suitable to those with a shamanic leaning who have already embarked on a path of spiritual development – it requires considerable persistence and commitment.
