Perception - Neural and Mental Representations

A succinct scientific and philosophical discussion of the brain-mind connection starting from the premise that it concerns 'the representation of information, where representation relates to the physical or neurobiological aspects and information relates to perceptual or mental aspects, but the two are inseparable'.
