A Field Guide to Nonphysical Reality for the Out-of-Body Traveler
Written in a narrative style, this book tells the story of the author's excursions into the afterdeath state, for which he provides his own map. Much of what he says is familiar from other sources, but is engagingly expressed. He lays great emphasis on life as a process of self-actualisation of the soul and does not underestimate the difficulties not being distracted from one's life work. This brings in an original insight where he describes three 'shadow worlds' of Was, Is and Will Be where alternate realities or paths to those chosen can be experienced as either past present or future. The point is to enhance understanding of life's possibilities for the evolution of consciousness. Some of his individual stories contain general lessons. An instructive and thought-provoking book.
