An illustrated 'bible' of 520 beautiful places to stay throughout the country. Each entry is illustrated with appropriate description, costs and contact details. Some are hotels or B & Bs and others are camp sites or self-catering cottages that can be rented on a weekly basis. An accompanying map shows the exact locations, which is helpful when some places are so remote. As one would expect, the emphasis is on organic food. Quite a few people grow their own vegetables and most will use local produce rather than imported food.
