Almost exactly a year ago, Robert Malone published an essay on fifth generation warfare – see link below from his Substack January 15, 2023.

Malone himself has been subject to all the tricks in the book to discredit his views and destroy his professional reputation, as is also the case with some of the authors of other chapters in this book – Dr Meryl Nass, Dr Paul Marik, Dr Pierre Kory, Prof Mattias Desmet, Dr Jay Bhattacharya, Ed Dowd, and, most prominently, independent presidential candidate Robert F Kennedy Jr, who contributes the foreword. Malone is recognised for his work as a virologist and immunologist, but most importantly for his invention of mRNA delivery and vaccination technology many decades ago. Due to his stance, this information has been removed from his Wikipedia entry as part of an overall vilification process. The early part of the book explains his background and the publication of his wife’s book on early treatment of Covid-19. This came out in February 2020 and received multiple five-star reviews. Suddenly, without warning or explanation, the book was censored by Amazon, and the message they received stated that it ‘did not meet community standards,’ a vague and all-purpose phrase that became all-too-familiar.

This censorship turned out to be an early example of ‘a global movement involving collusion between government, corporate ties to legacy media, social media, big technology, big finance, and non-governmental organisations to completely control and shape all information and thought concerning the public-health response to the novel coronavirus.’ (p. xvii) Books ‘that did not share the messaging of the US government were removed.’ This brings us to the features of fifth generation warfare as defined by a handbook on the topic. It is

• A war of information and perception

• Targets existing cognitive biases of individuals and organisations

• Creates new cognitive biases

• Is different from classical warfare for the following reasons:

• Focusses on the individual observer / decision maker

• Is difficult or impossible to attribute

• Nature of the attack is concealed

The book poses the question: ‘Who is responsible for all the globally coordinated propaganda, information management, lies and mismanagement we have experienced? How has it been globally coordinated, and what can we do to stop this sort of thing ever happening again?’ The journey of the Malones since February 2020 led to their realisation that there are powerful forces at play intent on imposing ‘a collectivist and globalist totalitarian vision’ – benefiting from the public health crisis to usher in The Great Reset and the UN Agenda 2030.

The book is arranged in three parts and 36 chapters. As such, it is more of compilation than a coherent narrative, drawing as it does on Malone’s many and continuing Substack essays. Then there is the diagnosis of lies and damage done, including chapters on scientism, repurposed drugs, mRNA vaccines, preventable deaths and vitamin D3, scientific fraud, bioweapons and gain-of-function research, and the failings of mainstream journalism. The next section deals with public health and informed consent, including bioethics, the illusion of evidence-based medicine, and the role of the intelligence community within NIH. Following on, the section on corporate media, censorship, propaganda and politics discusses inverted totalitarianism, behavioural control, the real nature of fact-checkers, and double standards with respect to New York Times warnings on censorship. The final part offers a treatment plan in terms of institutional reform, groupthink and independent thought, and a defence of sovereignty and freedom as upheld by the First Amendment.

The stories in the first part will be familiar to readers who have been following the de-platforming and removal of physicians like Dr Peter McCullough successfully using early treatment protocols in accordance with their own clinical judgement. The case of Paul Marik is particularly poignant since, prior to Covid-19, he was the most published anaesthesiologist in the field, also recording very low mortality rates in his intensive care unit due to his own protocol, ‘administering proven, safe, “off label” FDA-approved life-saving therapeutics for the treatment of Covid 19.’ His hospital outlawed his protocol, insisting instead that he used other approved drugs. As a result, he had to watch his patients die when he could have saved them, and he was eventually dismissed by the hospital on the basis of falsified charges, in spite of never in his whole career having had a single patient complaint. Dr Pierre Kory’s persecution for successful off-label use of ivermectin is another case in point. I will review his book on the subject in the next issue. Suffice to say that emergency use authorisation for experimental mRNA vaccines (what Bret Weinstein called in a recent interview ‘gene transfection technology’) could only be obtained in the absence of any other effective treatments. Kory also reports that the state of Uttar Pradesh in India used ivermectin which ‘effectively eliminated Covid-19 from their state of 241 million people.’ In this case, population comparisons of cases and deaths can be made between Indian states that did or did not use ivermectin. States who did use it in their protocol saw steep declines following its introduction.

Ed Dowd’s piece deals with what is currently a live issue, namely increase in all-cause mortality coinciding with the rollout of Covid-19 vaccine mandates. These data first emerged through figures from life insurance companies reporting increased deaths and disability claims among working-age people from 18-64. Significantly, excess deaths in under-65s in 2020 were 21% of the total, rising to 35% in 2021, with excess mortality among millennials rising 45% from the 42,000 in 2020 to 61,000 in 2021. The official explanation is long Covid, but we should also take into account record-breaking entries of adverse reactions (under)reported on both US and European databases. These include excess myocarditis among young men and record deaths among vaccinated athletes collapsing on the field, a phenomenon also documented in Ed Dowd’s book Cause Unknown. Bret Weinstein explains this through the migration of the spike protein from the arm to other organs through the vascular system (we were originally told that it would remain in the arm). We need genuinely impartial analysis of these disturbing figures and trends rather than official obfuscation, but the waters are muddied by fear of reprisals from medical boards leading to witnesses being reluctant to come forward.

There is still a great deal at stake, as there are many other potentially profitable gene therapy mRNA vaccines in the pipeline. There are documented cytotoxic effects from the spike protein (and maybe also from lipid nanoparticles) whereby (p. 126) ‘there is no difference between the S1 subunit released from the vaccine spike protein and the S1 subunit released from the virus spike protein.’ Moreover, the vaccine produces far more spike S1 subunit for far longer than natural infection does and, according to a study from the Harvard Medical School, there is no significant difference between the symptoms of long Covid and post-vaccination syndrome. Interesting, given government pronouncements.

Freedom of information releases of emails and a series of informed books like this one are enabling the public to delve into the back story and its larger context as discussed in my review of Michelle Stiles elsewhere in this issue. We are now facing a situation where the WHO will in future be able to dictate pandemic policy to national governments to impose and enforce vaccine mandates and criminalise dissenters. We are also told that free speech is a threat to democracy, when it is in fact only a threat to tyranny and centralised control. This is one of the reasons why we need a decentralised and self-organising future upholding human dignity and community. Malone reminds us of Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights: ‘Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.’ (p. 390) As George Orwell reminds us, ‘In an age of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.’ It is also an ethical imperative requiring moral courage and resolute purpose, as this book witnesses.
