This is a book of stories, poems and essays by a person who has been deeply involved in transforming education and leadership. Action and leadership begin with individual integrity and the question of right action in a process that stretches us and allows our potential to unfold. The author's message is that 'there is a seemingly magical force in the very act of acting it literally enough to achieve the dream. This force is not accessible to the timid, but once harnessed, it can and does change the world. It is the fuel that releases the life force itself. So, the idea is to choose to act.' The book offers a new way of being and acting or 'visioneering' as she and her husband Desmond Berghofer put it, which is based on an evolution towards a wider and more compassionate consciousness.
