by Iain Trousdell, Jochen Schwuchow, John Wilkes ✦ Review by David Lorimer, April 2011
A number of readers will be familiar with the more esoteric work on water connected with Rudolf Steiner, focusing more on qualitative aspects, rhythmic patterns in nature and pattern formation more generally. John Wilkes developed the flowform and has conducted extensive research into its effects on treating water, plant growth and healing. There is also an account of recent research at the Healing Water Institute, with instructive illustrations and geometrical designs. As with other areas of science and agriculture, the focus has been on chemistry rather than the organic aspects of water, let alone its energetic nature, which holds great promise for future developments as we seek to restore the quality of our water.
