Science, Faith and Ethical Challenges
An excellent book by two practising scientists on the relationship between science and Christian faith. In the first part, the authors introduce the relationship between science and religion, covering the nature of knowledge and arguments that science and religion respectively have been in some way discredited. The chapter Science encounters Faith shows that a fruitful mutual interaction is feasible. The second part looks in more detail at three main areas, namely creation, genetics and our relationship with environment. The exposition is a model of clarity and good sense and can be recommended to the readers of all levels of specialist knowledge.
