Past Life Awakening

This is a very interesting book, especially for therapists, with its seven in-depth case studies of real spiritual regressions illustrating seven spiritual laws. These relate to karma, duality, finite space and time, infinite transcendence of space and linear time, transcendence of dualistic opposites, no self (transcendence of the person), and grounded action. The author has given over 5,000 sessions in 60 countries since 2006. The narrative is vivid as the case histories unfold in real time, and one realises the connections between lives and the understanding that can be gained by this kind of exploration. The clients experience many revelations and ‘a-ha’ moments that helped them make sense of current challenges and locate the roots of current psychological issues in previous lifetime patterns. The author identifies three selves: the finite self, the karmic self, and the infinite self – the second and third, I would equate with soul and spirit. He recommends that we approach such work with clarity, confidence, and peace.
