Fragments from Time and Space

Subtitled ‘Wholes and Parts: Holon Images’, this book consists of composite photographic images arranged in timelapse sequences and showing the gradual changes that occur as a result of weather and light in time and space. Themes include clouds, dawn and dusk, first light, water light, beech tree, puddle, and pond (the longest sequence). Readers can respond and contemplate the transformations and commentary, and I was particularly struck by the dawn and dusk, and the pond sequences, which invite a subtle perception of gradations.
