Every year I am amazed at the creative ingenuity not only of the ideas contained in this book but also of the editors who manage to put such a miscellany together. As Anita Roddick observes, we would do better to spend more time on creative possibilities than on bemoaning the shortcomings of or world and its systems. Each article is referenced and follow-up contact indicated where appropriate.
