The Good Remembering

A Message for our Times

A series of messages, meditations and spiritual practices or that resonate with much contemporary spiritual writing calling on us to remember our true nature, our oneness with the earth and with each other. We have become disconnected from the very energy that sustains us and suffer from a fundamental lack of rhythm. The book explains how a climate of fear makes us feel separate, giving rise to the need to protect ourselves, which we paradoxically do by instilling fear into other people. This is called national security. At a spiritual level, the sense of separation gives rise to the longing for unity and oneness, thus impelling us along the path back to the source. But there is a paradox here: 'because we don't see who we are, we desire to bring in the Light that we already are.' Consequently 'we understand that we can't try to be that which we already are.' Indeed 'the only way to remember who you are is to be who you are.' The message is that we are all the Web of light, love and life, that we are all interconnected. This is an inspiring reaffirmation of the essential agenda for our time.
