The author has been a Catholic priest for 50 years, and has had plenty of time to reflect on his theme. The book is simple in structure with 36 short chapters characterising tomorrow's Christian: a questioning, ecologically aware, global, evolving, non-theistic (shifting to an all-pervasive God), balanced, scriptural, prophetic, mission, peace-making, mystery, alienated, seeking, free, discerning person. The reflections are rather like a thought for the day, and contain material for individual or group reflection at the end of each chapter.
