This is the second edition of a highly acclaimed book that looks at bioethical issues from a Christian perspective. Given the inherent complexity of the field it is useful to have the central concerns spelled out along with their implications. Chapters include reproductive medicine, abortion, prenatal screening, euthanasia, refusing treatment, organ donation and stem cell research. Readers may not share all the author's views, but he has performed a great service with his careful consideration.
