On Dragonfly Wings

This is another book originating in the death of a loved one, the author's younger brother Michael who drowned just before his 20th birthday. She almost immediately heard him communicating inside her head as he tried to understand what had happened to him. She finds herself becoming involved in past life regression with some fascinating patterns and insights emerging, partly based on the books of Dr Brian Weiss, with which some readers may be familiar. There are also some practical sections with guidance based on the author's own experience. It is always instructive to read accounts of the opening up to inner reality as one's understanding of the world and life is deepened and broadened as a result of experience.
