Poppies from Heaven and Other Signs from the Hereafter

This is the story of communications from the author's brother, Murray, who died in 2005. It is written as an informal narrative in a conversational style relating everyday incidents and occasionally dream encounters and even an apparent association of Murray were of the eccentric behaviour of a crow. Some of the descriptions are reminiscent of other literature and there is a difficulty in translating experience into physical terms. Messages from Murray emphasise the importance of loving oneself so that one can love others and treat them in a loving manner; also the way in which we create our own reality through the direction of our thoughts.
