How to Eliminate Negative Thoughts and Emotions for Good Using TFT
by Janet Thomson ✦ Review by David Lorimer, April 2010
A comprehensive guide to thought field therapy (TFT), a technique pioneered by Dr Roger Callahan, some of whose books I have reviewed in the past. He discovered that by tapping certain acupuncture points It was possible to eliminate negative thoughts and emotions with an extraordinary degree of success. This book gives the background and describes the practice with specific techniques which the author herself has used, with case histories to illustrate beneficial effects. For the professional reader, there is a useful section by Dr Mark Chambers, who has been a GP for 27 years and has incorporated TFT in his practice, especially for psychological and emotional issues. He recommends it as a useful addition to a doctor's toolkit as easy to learn, safe and simple to practice.
