What a pleasure to review a positive book on involving young people in community projects. This book is the fruit of a long-term UNESCO project that has produced a practical manual on project design and implementation that can be used by anyone involved in the field. It contains very helpful guidelines based on years of experience in a format that is immediately adaptable to new projects. Also covered are more subtle aspects like building trust within a team of adults and younger people. Highly recommended to anyone involved with young people's projects.
