Mind at Large

A new edition of this book first published in 1979, years before it was known that the US government had initiated a research programme at Stanford to investigate ESP and its possible intelligence uses. The book forms the proceedings of Institute of Elecrical and Electronic Engineers Symposia on ESP. After an introduction by Ed Mitchell, there are chapters on telepathy, remote viewing, research methodology, psi and physics, and the Soviet research then going on. As the book states, 'the data are in but the debate about the existence of psychic abilities continues only among the uninformed'.
