The Vaccine Guide - Risks and Benefits for Children and Aduts
The author of this authoritative study has practised homoeopathy and Oriental Medicine since 1975 and has a thorough grounding in the differing philosophies informing holistic and biomedical approaches to health. The first part looks at the choices available and criteria for making them as well as ways of building a healthy immune system. The second takes a look at individual vaccines, their efficacy, reactions to them and a suggested personal strategy to adopt. Writing about the MMR issue in the US, the author is amazed that the Vaccines Safety Committee can ignore its own findings about the dangers of the vaccine described in thousands of case reports. Another alarming finding arose in a survey of 25 mothers who had received MMR or rubella during their postpartum period: 20 of them (80%) had children with autism, and of these nine were born just before the vaccination and must therefore have absorbed the toxin in the breast milk.
