Places of Truth

Jay Ramsay is one of the prophetic poetic voices of our time, and in this book he expresses his experience of journeys into sacred wilderness in a number of different places including Wales, Scotland and Sinai. On such journeys we are pilgrims conscious of both inner process and its subtle interrelationship with our surroundings. The sharp distinction dissolves in contemplative awareness. We become aware of our own transience in ancient places but also of the essentials of life in terms of love, peace and joy.
