Facing the Beast

Until the advent of the pandemic, Naomi Wolf was a respected liberal journalist, bestselling author and high-level Democratic consultant who found herself unceremoniously cast out of the tribe for doing what journalists are meant to do, investigate and ask questions, instead of complying and conforming for fear of professional and personal recriminations. Her book is aptly subtitled ‘courage, faith and resistance in a new dark age’ marking the transition from the era before 2020 to a post-democratic ‘After’ characterised by tyranny, intolerance, censorship and silencing – a dark shadow of fascism. Many heroes and heroines spoke up, but not in sufficient numbers, and those who did – often among the most eminent in their fields – lost their positions and livelihoods. As Naomi puts it, ‘my questioning, instead of continuing to solidify my cultural status, called forth waves of bots and trolls, threats and harassment,’ reclassifying her as a dissident, weirdo, anti-vaxxer, persona non grata and conspiracy theorist, cancelled and deplatformed, shunned by her previous social set, who were unwilling even to consult her documented sources.

Naomi posted a Tweet in June 2021 having listened to the stories of many women experiencing menstrual dysregulation after receiving mRNA vaccines. She was immediately de-platformed from Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, and became the target of hit pieces in mainstream media for conveying ‘misinformation,’ even though women in the hundreds who read the tweet reported bleeding and clotting not only after vaccination, but also from being around vaccinated women (this is shedding, which Naomi also seems to have experienced when in hospital herself). Under the auspices of her company DailyClout, she brought together 3,250 doctors and scientists to read and report on the 55,000 Pfizer trial documents, producing over 80 reports showing what was known in advance, particularly with respect to reproductive health. She recounts many incidents of personal persecution and vilification, noting that, even when she has now been proved correct, no apology has been forthcoming - we are just encouraged to move on without key players being called to account and justice done. In the absence of such judicial proceedings, similar crimes can be committed again. Mainstream sources like the New York Times and the Daily Mail broke the same story about reproductive health damage a few months later without retraction or apology for their original attacks.

Naomi explains how, after World War II, the emergence of metanational organisations created a global elite of policymakers and technocrats accountable only to themselves. They take the view that ordinary people can’t be trusted to make the right decisions, hence the need for decisions to be taken for them (“We should be deciding for them”), a condescending attitude typical of the World Economic Forum, the Bilderberg Group and the Trilateral Commission. The latest behavioural psychology techniques are deployed through mass propaganda information warfare to create a state of fear and compliance. Interestingly, once Naomi had begun to speak out, she started to receive many private direct messages admiring her bravery but explaining that they themselves were not in a position to speak out for fear of their livelihoods. The UK judge Lord Sumption reported exactly the same phenomenon of senior people writing privately, but this in fact represents an offloading of responsibility, cowardice in the face of tyranny that exploits those who speak out (p. 65). Those who did said something like: “If I didn’t speak up now, what is the point of my career?” As a psychiatrist and ethicist, Aaron Kheriaty reached the same conclusion – see my interview on Imaginal Inspirations. As Naomi remarks, ‘Tyrannies only fall when there is mass resistance,’ not when, as Edmund Burke observed, ‘good men do nothing’. Freedom is not free.

The reports on the Pfizer documents are stunning, with many adverse effects not reported on the CDC website. Investigators found that the assurance that the vaccine is safe and effective for pregnant women was based on a study of 44 French rats followed for 42 days. 270 women were reported as pregnant in the documents, of which 230 disappeared from the records. However, ‘of the 32 pregnant women whose outcomes were followed – 28 lost their babies.’ Despite this knowledge, the CDC continued and continues to recommend vaccines for pregnant women. Dr James Thorp, one of the most published obstetricians, was fired from his hospital in 2023 for raising the alarm after seeing ‘unprecedented horrors in the birthing rooms.’ (p. 99) Other studies in Canada, Scotland and Israel reveal similar patterns of damage to fertility, foetal health and neonates – the doctors are ‘stumped’ not only by this, but also by excess mortality in general – see the work of Prof Denis Rancourt for more detail on this.

On a visit to her alma mater, Yale, whose motto is Light and Truth, Naomi learned that the University was mandating the bivalent booster even though it does not prevent infection and transmission. She explained the findings of the 3,250 scientists on the Pfizer documents, showing that 77% of the adverse events are sustained by women, of which 16% are, according to the company itself, reproductive disorders. Four months prior to any public announcement, both Pfizer and the FDA knew that the mRNA vaccine had caused myocarditis in teenagers and young adults – hence, any proposed mandate was unethical. The report in the student newspaper was predictably defamatory, and an expert Professor claimed that there was no risk to fertility or pregnancy, in spite of the evidence Naomi had presented from the trials themselves. This incident demonstrated the suppression of free thought and speech among students, who feared reprisals if they spoke out, so they meekly complied instead. Naomi also found that the University had received more from HHS than from tuition fees, amounting to $1.7 billion since COVID began in 2020, including research money for a study to overcome ‘vaccine hesitancy.’

Another outcome of this period described by Naomi is a revival of her faith and real acknowledgement of the forces of evil in what she sees as a battle for the human soul – Steiner spoke in these terms 100 years ago, and our situation is all the more insidious due to widespread denial of the existence of such energies. She also issues an apology to conservatives for having been taken in by a number of mainstream narratives relating to Hunter Biden’s laptop as Russian propaganda and around the political weaponisation of January 6 by the Democrats – she points out that many events are both real and hyped, and that it is easy to believe lies when they are repeated often enough. The battle for the human soul is far from over, and we can expect more shocks, emergencies and psyops in the ongoing information war for narrative control of our perceptions, ideas and behaviour in the name of ‘cognitive security.’

Then there is still the phenomenon of documented excess deaths to account for – the UK Government did its utmost to prevent Andrew Bridgen from staging a parliamentary debate on the topic. I salute Naomi for her courage and integrity, but the battle is far from over. Even now, doctors like Dr Meryl Nass have been hauled up in front of medical boards for exercising their own clinical judgement. Physicians are being pressured to conform by the pharma-industrial thought-police on pain of suspension or worse. We need a proper impartial judicial investigation to set the record straight and bring the orchestrators to account and halt the drift away from freedom of thought and expression towards authoritarian social control.
